Received Pool Pump on time, but was missing all electrical wiring. Also, when I tried to return the item to Sears I had to go to three different stores and was treated like an imbecile. The customer service representatives were rude, condescending, and would not honor the policy and procedures of the Sears corporations. I finally got a refund, but had to got through 6 different people. I wasted over 5 hours of my time and 50 miles in gas to return the item.

like most pool pumps, you, the customer, provide the wire to the motor including the connector that screws into the end cap. This pump improves the ability to vacuum the pool in most cases and is a good product.
