I think it is well made. It was not assembled correctly by the store, so I had to take it apart and re assemble it. Now it looks good.
I didn't think I would use this much since it came with the lawn mower. I use it all the time!
If they hadn't offered it as free with the purchace of a yt4000 I would not have paid for it. I will say that it was easy to assemble, providing the bolts don't break. And asking them to send you some replacements, well just forget about getting them. You might as well go to the hardware store and get them yourself. I gave up after waiting 2 weeks. Have used the cart a couple times moving firewood. At first didn't think it could hold up. But hasn't busted yet. Not easy backing up either but that was to be expected. Like I said if it wasn't free I would have never paid for it.
A week after assembly, went to use it and the tire was flat. Holds air for 2 days. The Sears store where I purchased it would do nothing for me. Called under warranty. Tires NOT covered under warranty. First time to use cart and flat tire? NO COVERAGE??? Advise I could return product, but then what? (You have to repack in carton) To replace tires with better quality costs almost 1/2 the price of the cart. Also, dump lever bent with nothing in cart. I suggest purchasing a sturdier cart.
Easy to put together and solid once completed. It's durible enough for light use like mulch and typical yard work. For the price it's better than others of like size. The hardware is standard light weight material and may not hold up to alot of use over a few years, but it is standard and may be replaced with like material rather cheaply.
The cart is a spiffy and hardy tool and I use it on our couple of acres every week, sometimes daily. It is sturdy, except for the tires. Without apparent damage, the tires went flat twice. I learned from a tire shop that since the tires are tubeless and so small that it doesn't take much to have them loose their seal. The solution I found was to use the tire sealing foam that you use for a flat tire and top off each tire with that, thus sealing the tire better. That has worked for me. That failing, you could get an inner tube put in each tire.
This cart does not "DUMP". The wheels are too small for the bed to tilt up enough for the dirt to slide out. I just can't believe that others failed to mention this major flaw with this so called "dump" cart.
I looked at a lot of different carts to put behind my Craftman Garden Tractor and this one had the best combination of load carrying capablility, dump capability and durability that I was looking for. It was very easy to assemble.
I have used for over a year now hauling stone, dirt, brush, firewood, mulch, etc. and have had absolutley zero problems. I've used it to clear a forested area behind my home, hauling over 20 cords of firewood and countless loads of bush, many times overloading the cart. It handled the weight over rough terrain like a champ.
My only recommendations to anyone...

Great cart. Seems pretty heavy duty too. Dump feature is a real plus.
Only problem was the delivery. Scheduling was a nightmare. Never arrived until 5 o'clock when it was promised at 10:00. Sears customer service was no help in the deal. A real disappointment!
