read full review »I HAVE THE OLDER MODEL 10" BUFFER. I LIKE THE LONGER CORD RATHER THAN THE PIG TAIL. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN TRYING TO FINE REPLACEMENT PADS, THEY DONOT EXIST. SEARS USED TO STOCK THEM, BUT NOT ANYMORE. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS TO SEARS HEADQUARTERS I FINELLY WAS CONNECTED WITH A KNOWLEGEABLE PERSON.
