“So-So for the price.”
I bought this compressor mainly for blowing dust out of computers and other electronics. It's okay for this function but I don't think it could handle any air tools. It takes about 10 minutes for it to fill from completely empty and its recovery time is approximately 90 seconds (if your not using any air at the time). (Turns on at about 85psi and shuts off around 110psi) If you are drawing any air during recovery, the pump cannot keep up.
It's loud. Not as loud as a diaphragm compressor, but it's not quiet like the tag in the store suggests. You cannot have a converstaion next to it while it is running.
As far as quality, time will tell, as I have only owned it for a few of days. All of the welds look decent and there are no rattles, so it's better than the old compressor I used to own. We'll see how long it lasts.
