I've had this for several years now and I love it. I have a DLT3000, 18.5 horse lawn tractor and use wheel weights and chains. I've used it with and w/o the mower deck removed. You'll get hung up and stuck off road occassionaly with the deck on, however. For the cost it is very reliable and does good work as long as the snow isn't too deep. If you think it cost's too much just compare to a visit to the Dr. or Chiropractor, what a back saver. My drive way is paved and I also do several other driveways in the neighborhood, makes short work of snowfall up to 6 inches, over that and it'll slow you down as the blade is somewhat small. I'm also on my second cutting edge asI wore the first one out! I live in northenrn MN so it gets USED.
