I just purchased the 14" blade,tire chains, and weighs. It took me and my 3 yr old son about 3 hrs from start to finish to put everything together. The directions are very easy as long as you read and not just look at pictures. The first time I plowed It was rough going( chains and weights were back ordered). After I picked the chains and installed them it was like night and day. I had no problem pushing snow down a 200 ft driveway. Everything functioned well after a little adjusting on the release lever. I feel that you would not need the weights as I'm going to return mine. If you were going to put a blower I think you would need them just because of the front end weight. All in all I think this is well worth the money spent! Thanks again Craftsman for yet another great product!!
