Good quality tools. Quality hard steel. The only drawback is the last 10 years the inner workings of the ratchets seem to skip. But with the great warranty it is easy to just go in and exchange it.
This item was purchased for my son, Todd, who just loves Craftsman. His wife bought him the Craftsman tool chest for Christmas and he told us only Craftsman tools so this is what he received. You see, his father passed away in Feb '09 and his older brother inherited his fathers tools, so now Todd his starting out as a new do-it-yourselfer.

This kit is perfect for the back seat of a truck or the trunk of a car. It has most of what you need for any roadside repairs. And it also has alot of what you need for unexpected fix-it jobs. I own rental property and I take this with me whenever I go there.
