“Can it fit?”

This is the first riding mower that i've owned. I do not have a huge yard to mow (about 1/2 acre) but it is big enough that a riding mower makes it easier and faster. I bought the 38" mower thinking it would be small enough to fit through my gate. When i got it home i had miscalculated by about 2 ". It would not fit through my gate. My gate was 38" wide and in needed 40" clearance. I thought i was gonna have to take my gate down to get it through. After reading the operators manual i stumbled upon the solution. “Excellent Mower”

This mower is absolutely worth every penny on the price tag and then some. I've had this mower for two seasons, and i can honestly say, i am impressed by the quality that craftsmen has put into this mower. I have a terribly uneven and un-level yard, but this mower consistently makes an even cut every time. It has little to no vibration while operating. Only wish I'd got the drink holder installed, lol. As long as you perform the necessary maintenance, this machine will get you through the year. Truly a best buy.

“LT1000”

This mower is the champion of mowers under $1000.00. I have had it for 1 season and I have not had any problems. I have used it to pull a 300 pound stump that was odd shaped with a chain 20 feet without a teardrop. Thanks Sears. Im a plumber who also recommends craftsman sockets and craftsman wrenches.

“Glad to have a Craftsman”

I've owned two tractor mowers by Craftsman the LT2000 and the LT1000 both have run with no problems and I will continue to use Sears products.

“Great lawn tractor”

This is the second Craftsman I have had over the past 6 yrs. They both worked perfect right off the store floor. The only thing I had to replace was the battery and only had to get one after 3yrs of work. The next one I get will be a Craftsman for sure. Thanks Sears for such a great mower!

“awsome tractor”

This is my first yard tractor and i am glade it is a craftsman! this tractor works great on the grass and hauling loads of mulch,wood,gravel, and firtlizer around the house. i am sure that my next tractor will be a craftsman!
