Craftsman 16" Variable Speed Scroll Saw (21602) —
The craftsman 16" scroll saw is a great buy. The is my first scroll saw and I found some of the reviews saying they had problems with the saw made me cautious. But let me tell you this saw has given me no problems at all I've had this for 2 months now and I find it easy to use plain end blades I have used 0 spiral blades and no problems getting the blade to be held securely. There is no need to twist the set screw till you can't turn it no more. Just a simple quick tightening and the blade is held securely. The blade system may not be the best but it is very adequate for the price of the saw.
