Great with 6-10" snowfall. Poor on cleanup.

Craftsman 179cc 4 cycle Single Stage Snow Thrower with Electric Start —

Pros: 1. No premix fuel. 2. Electric start. 3. Easy to manuever. 4. Lightweight - was able to lift into my pickup. 5. Not self-propelled but pulled itself forward easily without having push. 6. No exhaust smell on clothes when finished. 7. Did a great job on 7" medium weight snow. Even had to adjust the chute down as it was throwing it 20ft into my neighbors property. 8. Equally impressive on the packed snow from the plow trucks at the end of the driveway. Chewed right through it all. Cons: 1. After clearing the driveway of the 7" I was left with the small chunks that I missed in my original pass. By this time they had gotten slushy. It was during this "clean up" that the wet stuff clogged the chute. Packed so tight that it required a screwdriver to break up. I should point out that the clean up wasn't necessary, I just tend to be a neat freak. In summary, it did a great job on the heavy lifting, but not so well on the small wet stuff. The next time I'll let them just melt.
