“Too many Jams”

Tool starting jamming up the first time that I used it. At first I thought perhaps I was hitting something hard, like another nail, but after more use, the tool began to jam at the rate of 1 per every 3 attempts. “Works great makes molding work go much easier”

This is my first nail gun and I am very happy with it.  Works great and very simple to use.  I have had one jam and it was simple to unjam.  If I ever need another bigger or smaller nail gun I'm going with craftsman.

“nice outfit - oil it”

this is my first trim gun and i have used it a lot for big and small projects. i have had problems finding longer staples which i prefer over nails in most cases. nails are great when working with small projects but they tend to pull thru the board unless glue is also used.

“This is a great brad nailer! ”

This nail gun was great for the closet job I was doing. I t got into the tight places tha that was need for the job. I recommend it.

“my favorite tool”

I chose this nailer since you could use nails over two inches in length in it. I do a lot of home improvement work in and around the house and this is tool I use most often. It is easy to use and not a bad price either!

“Craftsman 18 GA Brad Nailer”

I had the choice of getting the stand alone Brad nailer, or getting the 2 in one with a narrow crown stapler.  I had no use for the stapler, so I opted to spend just a few dollars less and get the Brad nailer only.  I have been very pleased with the performance of my new nailer.  It is very light weight, and is one of the only power tools my wife likes to use.  I am a Craftsman guy and my garage is proof of that.  This is another great addition to my shop that delivers great performance!!

“This 18 gauge Brad Nailer is an excellent value for the price.”

This brad nailer is generally a good tool, and a must have for any DIYer. I especially like the depth adjustment. This is my second Craftsman Brad Gun. It has better features than my old one that lasted probably about 10 years. My only regret is that it doesn't do staples like my old one. But it will do longer brads. Based on the limited use so far, I would recommend this tool.

“Better off w/ Hammer & Finishing Nails”

I purchased this tool thinking it would speed up attaching floor molding aftr i tiled my floor. This gun constantly jammed. There is no tool-free jam process with this product like there is with other brands. Craftsman is not at all what it use to be.

“Good Tool”

This is a good nailer. I recently put in a whole house-full of trim ranging from base to casing and much more. This nailer held up fine. Now that I am getting used to more nailers, I have gone with Bostitch. That's the way to fly. I have this same nailer in Bostitch and it is even beter. I also have the Bostitch angled finish nailer. The craftsman 4 gallon compressor runs all of my nailers fine. It can even run two nailers at once!

“Good Brad Nailer for the Price, oilless...NOT!”

After my husband introduced me to Compressed Air, and I wore his Brad nailer out, it was time to get my own, and this is it. I've been using it for 6 months now with no problems, untill last night, as I picked it up to reload, the bottem spring loader gizmo came off in my hand, it takes to screws to hold it on and, they were gone. Now I am trying to locate a manual online and find out what I need to look for. other than that it has been quite the workhorse and as my husband says "No Air Tools are Oilless, Oil that thing!" “2nd time around”

I bought this brad nailer from Sears almost a year ago. The first one I got worked for about 150 2 inch brads and then began to jam almost every other brad. I cleaned it and still couldent fix the problem. I returned to my local sears store who replaced it no questions asked other than what was wrong with it. The 2nd one of the same model I received has worked flawlessly ever since. I think I just got a bad one the 1st time around. I would reccomend this nailer, especially for moulding and trim work.
