“good but chuck stinks”

Craftsman 19.2 Volt C3 Drill/Driver —

This is the second 19.2 drill I have owned..for the price decent but has some bad habits...the first one the switch wore out...the second one the chuck likes to release while using no matter how much I tightened it...decided to replace the chuck....would be great but the chuck will not release (and yes the screw is out and have followed the instructions in the manual....I now have a useless drill and have replaced all of my 19.2V with a new family of cordless equipment
