Great Product/Quality, great price

I bought these jack stands so that I would be able to work at my car while I am away at college. The stands are sturdy and are a good size, and have good extension. The only "con" I would have to submit about this (which is really just a nit-picky thing) is that the locking pins to keep the sliders...

Most Helpful Critical Review

I have no idea what others are talking about when they are saying they have to bend metal tabs.  No idea at all.  I do agree on the rust, but it's only surface rust.  The paint isn't very durable which I think is part of the problem.

I have used these jack stands for the past three years without issues. ...

No real reason for 4-stars other than they are just your general, run of the mill, jack-stands. They work as advertised and get the job done!

I have several jack stands, but these are the first that actually span the jack points on my 2004 MINI Cooper S perfectly. THey are not to big or too small, perfect!

Good but cheaply made

I have had these for about a year and half now. They are holding up pretty well structurally but they starting to rust pretty bad (they have been kept indoors the entire time). Also the mechanism for keeping the sliding supports from falling out is poorly designed. You have to bend some pretty thick steel tabs which is next to impossible. You get what you pay for.

poor quality

Had these jackstands for 3 years, they were really flexible and flimsy. Shouldn't have trusted them, luckily I wasn't under the car when the weld broke on one of them and it partialy collapsed.

5 stars

the stands are study but one thing should be improved is the locking pin that lock the bar in place, its need be squeeze inside for a little bit in order to fit the locking pin hole, you can use the hammer bend the locking pin on concrete or hard steel or use bench vise, and bench vise is much easier, all you need to to is compress the pressure on the pin

Great stands. Light-weight and easy to maneuver and use. Recommend for anyone's garage.

2 stars

Had these stand for over a year now and already, I can see the supports are buckling. Even from day 1, I noticed how cheaply made and poorly designed they were but hey, you get what you pay for. However, I did like how they had a low height to them.

Great Jackstands

Items were considerably less expensive than other places (including Harbor Freight) and of better quality. They suit my purposes well.

Works Perfect, Great Price.

My only complaint is that the base is a little narrow but this has not caused any problems for me. Works great and the price is right. Highly Recommended!!

Not worthy of the Craftsman name. Jack posts wobbles within the support truss 1 cm in any direction. I wouldn't trust these to hold my car up over me.

I use these when working on my 1995 Toyota Camry (soon will be replaced with another Toyota sedan, and these will continue to be used for years).  They work great, are simple to use, adjust in height with ease, and feel very sturdy when placed under my car.

They haven't slipped once, and I have confidence in them while under my vehicle.

Good Jack Stands

The retaining pin drove in easily, and they are functional stands. Good Product.f
