Craftsman 20 gal. Wet/Dry Vacuum —
I ordered the vacuum on a Monday and it did not ship until Thursday the same week. This is the longest I have waited for anything to ship off the internet.
I was also offered 40% off filters for the vacuum at the time I placed the order. I thought this was a great deal, when I clicked to order a filter it gave me the option of every filter available. I would think that if I don't know what filters would fit Sears would narrow my search on-line knowing which vacuum I ordered. This was not the case. When I tried about 15 minutes after purchasing to email asking which filters would fit I was emailed saying to call customer service. When I did they said I did not order correctly; although when the service rep tried they had the same result. When she brought this to the attention of her manager; I was told it was too late I should have ordered when I purchased the vacuum. This is the worst on-line transaction I have ever had. The vacuum is very nice though; and in the week I have had it has no problems.
