Motor Died in a Month

The motor on this vacuum died in just less than a month. I took it back and the repair shop in the Sears store told me that it wasn't under warranty any more. I was really disappointed.

Sears on-line not as good as vacuum

I ordered the vacuum on a Monday and it did not ship until Thursday the same week. This is the longest I have waited for anything to ship off the internet. I was also offered 40% off filters for the vacuum at the time I placed the order. I thought this was a great deal, when I clicked to order a filter it gave me the option of every filter available. I would think that if I don't know what filters would fit Sears would narrow my search on-line knowing which vacuum I ordered. This was not the case. When I tried about 15 minutes after purchasing to email asking which filters would fit I was emailed... review »

1. I look for consistency in specifications to make a buy. This unit has the handle and wheels (bigger wheels would be better on a job site). 2. Filter spec should be listed. 3. HP should be listed. 4. Most importantly, Sears should move to snap lock on all fittings. The current fittings either lock-up solid or fall apart while working.
