“21 HP Zero Turn”

I bought this mower in June of 2008and have used it all summer, just want some time cutting before I reviewed. I cut two yard each week with this lawn mower. It saves me half the time over my 13 year old Craftsman 20 HP. that I still use weekly at the lake.This mower cuts great ,and I have had no problems... read full review »

“Not one to ride if......”

You have a bad back, do not buy this mower. VERY rough ride. No seatbelt leaves you hanging on sometimes. Have had to have 3 service calls in 3 months. Steering was off. Floor mat came off the first day. Main belt does not have a cover so it falls off if your lawn is not smooth. Any bouncing at all and... read full review »

“Great mower...so far!!”

I purchased this mower in April, 2008, and it has been an absolute delight! I was hesitant to purchase it because of some of the reviews, but I have purchased many Craftsman products in the past, and they have all been well worth the money. This one is no different. I purchased the extended agreement, but so far, have not had to use it. I have found it to be very durable. The only drawback is that it does not have a mulcher!

“Bad designed mower deck”

does not mow well ,will not cut clean even with new blades. Throws grass 6 feet out gets over everything. tried the mulcher kit but it clogs up and sticks underside of deck.Does not have enough power to use mulcher kit.Deck seems to collect grass under it allthe time,have to clean it every time you use it. If your mowing a open field with out mulching it works great,BUT if you have a yard with flower beds, walks etc. it just makes a big mess. i only mow 1 to 2 inches at a time.Other than that it works fine.It needs more power and a better mower deck. I wish I had my old Craftsman tractor back!

“21 HP ZTR”

This is one fine little machine,,,,,,so much faster and easier than the old rider,,,,,cuts smoother,,,, ,,,,excellent handing........Alrhough took a few turns of the yard to get use to the instant turns,,and is a fun machine to use....Only complaint is the grass catcher, it does not hook to the deck as firmly as it should,,,,but over all,,,,would recommend this over any mower....
