“Great tmower”
Craftsman 21 hp 46 in. Deck, YS 4500 Lawn Tractor —
I bought this mower in June 2008 after my 9 year old MTD went out of commission. My neighbor had just purchased this mower and I borrowed it while I waited on a part for my MTD. I liked the mower so much I bought one the following week! The mower starts smoothly and cuts evenly. I recommend the deluxe or plus deck with four wheels. It hugs the ground but easily goes over contours in the lawn thus keeping the blades in contact with the grass. I heard that this mower is slow in backup mode but I have not found that to be the case. The chair sits nice and high and it handles well including turns. It has plenty of power. This is my first mower with a Kohler engine and I am pleasantly surprised. Liek all products they only last as long as you care for them and maintain them. This mower is definitely a good buy especially for someone as picky about their lawn as I am.Craftsman 21 hp 46 in. Deck, YS 4500 Lawn Tractor
