Bought this for my yard and as a possible back up to several commercial units, and it keeps up with them in the short run. The jury is still out as far as longevity. The controls are a bit more sensitive than I was used to, but with time and practice, got use to the. Surprisingly quiet, as mowers go. Even cut and solid performance. Had a bit of trouble turning, and digging into the sod, but with practice, again, problem resolved. Bought the 2006 model and save +$300. Worth the money for a 2-4 acre yard, but anything bigger, go commercial.
