Worth the sale price.

I purchased 100 of these flashlights to use in doing WCM in our plant. They work very well for seeing under and inside of machines where there is no light. The size is perfect to clip on your beltloops. The only thing I would improve about this flashlight is the strap plastic holder. We have had numerous... read full review »

I purchased two of these lights at a very good price.  I was slightly concerned with battery life since I'm used to D cells in my Craftsman lights.  Within the first two weeks the first light led broke at the solder point and was visibly hanging.  The other light didn't make it to two months.  I...

Craftsman 3 AAA LED Tool Light Reviews

I recently purchased a Craftsman Led flashlight from my local Sears store. The flashlight is probably the best one I ever purchased. The only down fall with the flashlight is this is my 2nd one. I had to purchase the additional light because Sears does not sell the replacement bulbs for the light. Other than that I highly recomend the flashlight.

One of the Sears serviceman that came out to fix my snowblower had one. He was very impressed with how durable it is and recommeded it.

I have seen others and their battery holder can break from being dropped.

This has a better holder and it the length of time on the batteries is great.

problems

I have 2 of these with AAA, 1 with D cells, and 1 with AA. One of the AAA flashlight's LED broke at solder joint. The D cell version has an intermittent on/off switch that causes light to flicker easily. Neither flashlight used much or abused.

Bright Luxeon 1 watt LED and durable

I picked up the 3 AAA version about two years ago. Still works fine. No issues. I have droped it on concrete on numerous occasions. Nice powerful beam too. Fits in the car glove box. Would definetly buy one again. Sears dosen't give the Kelvin rating but it's very white in color probably in the 4500K range.

Great value when on sale

Like others, I got this when it was on sale. I'm told by friends that one just as bright can be had for less but I was impressed with it's apparent ruggedness. It IS BRIGHT and I've picked it up from the floor besides the bed where I keep a couple of flashlights in preference to a much larger flashlight because this one is so convenient. The on/off switch is a bit hard to press and I've had to press more than once to get it on or off when I don't have a real good grip on it. My grandson made me promise to buy him one when it's on sale next! And I may buy one to put lithium cells in and stick... read full review »

Good Light

I am very impressed with this light. They go on sale for $10.00 fairly often, and the next time that they are on sale I am going to pick up two more.

Wow!

I just picked up this light at my local Sears as it was on sale for $9.99. Man was I surprised after trying it. This thing is BRIGHT. I can't comment on reliability as I just bought it but it is definitely the brightest. Some day I hope to own a Surefire but until then this will hold me over.

great little flashlight

I've had my flashlight for about a year and it is the brightest LED light that I have come across for its size. I bought another for my Dad, who is in a hiking club and they explore a lot of caves. His buddies laughed when they saw the light, but when he turned it on they were all impressed. Its smaller and lighter than any they were carrying. At home I use rechargable batteries and they last about 3-4 months at a time. I have recomended this light to several poeple.
