“Great for what it is”
I've had mine four years. All the good things I agree with. By looking at things, it appears to me that the unit itself is well designed. Put together? that appears to be another story... Most of the issues with this are that it broke. When they worked before they broke people were OK with it. I believe a little quality assurance on the assemly lines could improve customer satisfaction. People appear to like the unit just not how its put together Sears, why don't you contact your subcontractor and indicate you aren't happy with their quality control... This is one where that cheap extended warranty might be worthwhile...
