It took about 1 hour and 40 minutes to put together. I took my time and did it right almost the first time. I hooked it up to my 19hp lawn mover and made one adjustment and it worked great. I mow about an acre and this puts a very nice pattern into the lawn. It looks great. I have a mulching attachment on the mower so the clippings are small. My wife wanted them for mulch in her garden. She now has more than she needs. My only complaint is that is slows the mower and after completing about 3/4 of the yard the transmission in the mower gets too hot and I have to disconnect the sweeper to finish. I had some problems with the rope until I tied it to the hitch pin. I try not to fill it to full and don't have any problems lifting it to dump it. If it is too full I have to get off the mower to dump. I am very happy with it and so is my wife.
