Craftsman 48V 19" Premium Battery Powered 3-in-1 Deck Lawn Mower —
Some of the same problems others have had - stops fully charging after a while. I took it back twice, after three months each time, because it would only charge to the first green light. The second time I took it home, I must have pulled on the cord when folding the handle up getting it home.
Well, guess what? I can't just push it back in because I don't know how to get the cover off and Sears won't tell you, they expect you to bring it in where they will ship it hundreds of miles away and charge hundreds of dollars so that they can take the cover off and push the cord back in. Some gig, eh? With the Neuton, you can switch out batteries!
Does anyone know how to get the cover off without breaking the cover? Thanks.
