Don't waist your time. I tried for four days and they could never get me the right number. Once I was able to get a hold of the right department they were on back order of over a month. Thought it would be the perfect groomsman gift but the company is way to hard to work with. Never got to see them but wished I would not have wasted all my time trying to give them my business!
I bought my husband the personalized tool set for Christmas. It wasn't as big as I thought it would be but it works. The engraving on the set is really small.
This product that they advertise is GARBAGE the name on it when Personalized can't even be seen.Thats why it is none returnable.So save your money because the whole point in getting it engraved is so you can see the name,But you can't and they won't take it back.For the same price you can get more pieces.
I wish I would have read the other review before purchasing-it's an ok set but the engraving is super small-I was disapointed. What you get does not come close to the picture online. I just hope my husband is able to even see his name on the pieces. I wish I would have just bought a bigger set without the personalization.
