I purchased this mower in October,2004 and use it twice. In 2005 I had to take it back to replace the rear plastice wheels as they had broken. In October, 2006 the left self propelled front wheel stopped working. I took it back in in November and they said I was past my 24 month warranty. So, I paid the approx. $100 to repair the self propel wheel. This repair broke the second time I used it in 2007 and I am now having to take it back a third time all on my dime. Sears offered a token 10% off a new mower ($26 off) while I'm out $100 for a repair that was 4 weeks out of warranty and $120 bucks to have someone cut my lawn while it was being repaired 3 times. So at 30 months I have a broken lawn mower AGAIN. The GA service center where they repair Craftsmen mowers says "the design of their self propel mowers stinks and they are trying to redesign them".....thanks for the Sears quality and service experience!
