Terrible Mower!

I only used this mower once. The height adjustment would just drop down in the middle of mowing. It would not stay on the level where I would put it. I returned it to Sears. The salesman was very rude when he found out I bought this mower online. He said they don't earn commision on online sales so there wasn't much he could do to help me. I looked at other mowers but all the Sears mowers have the same height adjustment mechanism. I purchased another mower elsewhere.
