I bought this lawn mower early this past season. Over all I am happy with it. As with anything there are highs and lows. The pros Good amounts of power. Front wheel drive is more then strong enough and can almost pull you. The engine has plenty of oomph to cut up thicker areas or recut when needed. The bag does a good job at keeping what's cut inside which is nice when you are concerned about spreading weed seeds. The cons. As already mentioned the bending the rear wheel supports and the wheels popping out of their height setting. You can easily correct the wheels popping out of their height setting by drilling through the adjustment plate and installing a small bolt or cotter pin. This will still allow for easy height changes, but holds the wheels in their set place. I haven't yet found a fix for the rear wheels, but I'm hoping to come up with something.
