Helped my girlfriend pick out this mower today. It comes preassembled, which is nice so I was able to get it up and running in no time. It did start very easily with the pullcord (battery for key start requires initial 24hr. charge time and her lawn needed cut right away). She tried it out on her tree-lawn, and the soil level is a little low against the curb so she was riding the wheel up against the inside of the curb, and the back wheels became bent within the first couple minutes of use. Picked this mower up early today and got it home with high expectaions for it. After cutting half of my lawn, I had had enough already, Bad wheel design made it very difficult to push even with the self propelled engaged. Once I was able to get to the 2nd half of the lawn, I noticed a very un-uniform cut. This has had to be the worst Sears product I have ever owned.

Be very careful plugging in and removing the charger prongs. They are exremely delicate and somewhat flimsy. They will pull out from the cheap plastic connector with very little effort and they are very hard to repair leaving you replacement as the only option. This happened to me on my initial charging. The mower is fine otherwise.
