Excellent. Gets The Job Done

Moved into a new home, and bought this tool. I've had to hang 10 blinds and all curtains, hang 2 doors, hang shelves, closet poles, replace the trim on the shed, pot racks, build furniture, hang countless items, repair windows, etc in just a couple weeks. This tool gets it done. I've never had much luck... read full review »

Power screwdriver needs work

I found a couple of problems with this item. They all revolve around its charging. First, it won't hold a charge for any length of time. If you use it at all during your work you will either run out of charge or had better remember to take it home and recharge it overnight if you want to use it the next... read full review »

7.2 high performance screwdriver

It's great all around for everyday projects and bends into small spaces . Just need to get some extra bits.

pleased

We have used it on lots of drilling and driving tasks around the house. It holds a charge for a long time, has good torque for every job we've tackled and is lightweight and easy to use. My wife has probably used it more than I have! The only improvement would be a plastic carrying case for the driver and its accessories.

Little Devil !!!

Similar to the Black and Decker PD600, with the addition of an extra cell in the battery. These tools generate 80 inch / lbs of torque and are quite handy on jobs of less than an industrial importance. For the price, homeowners can not pass it up. With an equally handy tool kit containing screws, stud finder, and a level.......anything is possible. A+ across the board!!!!

Power Screwdriver

Just recently bought this item to save on repetitive wrist motions when removing & replacing multiple screws in electronic equipment. Some things have up to 30+ machine screws holding covers/plates on and this thing is a real blessing. Highly recommend anyone doing this or similar work buy one because after a while using a basic screwdriver the wrists/hands really get painful and time is wasted.

GREAT GREAT GREAT

i bought a 12' x 10' metal shed from sears.. It came with over 1000 screws. so i bought this crewdriver, I put 85% of the shed together before the driver ran out of charge. took a 1/2 hour break and finished it..it was so powerful that it drives a screw threw two pieces of metal easily.. it was amazing to me that a product lived up to its promises.. I am buying another one for inside the house. If not for this screwdriver i would still be putting that stupid shed together..

Good Features, Great Value

This cordless driver has great features and is a heck of a value. Get it on a good sale and it is almost disposable. My unit even has a useful (?) LED light near the bit end to illuminate the work area which is not mentioned in the specs. Nice power, battery seems to be replaceable.

A wonderful, lightweight power screw driver

We bought this for my wife so it would be light weight and she would be prone to use it. It ended up that the remodel contractor, myself and my wife were fighting over using it. It simply does the job and does it very well. My wife loves it - and fellas, she is not a tool girl!

Excellent Performance and Value

I got tired of the Black and Deckers disintegrating on me and hate spending $100 on Dewalts and the like so gave this one a try. Very nice tool. Powerful and ergonomic. I use it daily in bus repair and am totally satisfied. The variable power settings are very useful. Get this one. Small detail--- I ordered this one in grey but it came in black, everything else is the same.

Suprisingly Powerful

I've had other cordless screwdrivers in the past and most of them would bog down in relatively light tasks. This unit is a pleasure to use. It's quite powerful given it's relatively small size and light weight. I've found the battery life to be good as well. The small light is handy, but in some cases the beam gets blocked by the screwdriver bit. Black & Decker makes a similar model but this one is 7.2 volts instead of the 6 volt Black & Decker. Sears also includes a roll-up tool bag that holds the driver and bits. I'd recommend this tool to any homeowner.

Works For Me!

I thought I would tell everyone that this is perfect. I do cutomer service for a Home Builder. This tool enables me to carry a light weight tool for small jobs. Not to big not to small plus, the light on the tip also doubles as a flash light perfect for under counter & cabinet jobs. I can't be more happy with its prformance.
