Cuts like a champ!

The Craftsman 79957 hedge trimmer is a delight to use. I was clipping vines, branches, grass, and of course, hedges, 5 minutes after taking the trimmer out of the box. This is the first trimmer I have ever used, and I was swinging this thing around like a madman, with no problems whatsoever. Nothing could have been simpler.
The one issue I might call attention to was the fairly short power cable, but since anyone using this would be using extensions anyway, that is a minor quibble. It is also possible some might find this unit heavy, but I am pretty sure that at under 8 pounds it is not any heavier... read full review »

Awesome Electric tool!

My wife forced me into purchasing this "electric tool" If you don't cut though the extension cord you have your self one great yard tool.  Both my wife and I are satisfied with our purchase decision.  

 

This tool makes any brush clearing or hedge trimming job a snap!  I highly recommend the purchase, and you can't beat the price.
