This thing is huge and heavy. It takes a LONG time to put together - if you're GOOD at putting things together. Mine came with one of the sidepanels completely bent. I debated about returning it, but ended up beating it back to shape with some blocks and hammer. Once I got it going, I realized very quick that it would have no problems sucking up almost anything that could fit in the tube. It works GREAT. I have an insane amount of leafs to clean up every fall, and this makes it a breeze. I have a lot of trees to drive around which can be very difficult due to the enormous size of this thing. But it can be done, and the extra time driving around beats the heck out of doing it any other way. Unloading is difficult, the leafs don't come out without a lot of swearing at them. I also was missing a package of bolts and got a duplicate of another parts package in it's place. It confused the crud out of me during assembly, but managed to make it work with what they sent. You can't take very steep slopes with it, trust me, so if you have a ditch or something, you will need the hose/wand attachment which I also bought and love. Oh, and get help with muscles when attaching the motor to the frame. My wife was of little assistance when my hand became pinned.
