I have the 19.2 volt drill, impact driver and flashlight and I have had them almost 2 years and I am very satisfied with them. I work at Pepsi Cola as a truck mechanic and I restore old cars and trucks and build custom cars and trucks for my boss. I use the drill and flashlight everyday and sometimes all day and they have held up very well. I think one of my batteries is going bad but considering how much I use them I am still happy with them. I have quiet a few tools and I would say that at least 90 percent of my hand tools are Craftsman and many of them are 20 plus years old. When I do have a problem with one of them they replace them with no questions. The local Snap On tool salesman comes by the shop and try's to sell me his tools but I always tell him that as long as Craftsman tools get the job done I will not be buying his very over priced tools. I have heard a local man say that when he bought a bad item from Sears he would quiet buying from Sears but he still buys from Sears so he is also a satisfied customer.
