I just replaced the second 19.2V power hand tool battery charger in two years. I just noticed it's made in CHINA! I can get cheap @#&^ at Harbor Freight for a lot less money, and it's closer to my house too! Sears quality means nothing now. I'm very disappointed.

Craftsman drill/driver is great for use around the house. I use it for repairs and projects all the time. It has good battery life and a short recharge time.

My Husband loves new Drill I got him for X-mas. I have use it for hanging up some pictures, this was my 1st time using a drill and it was easy.
This drill was a big help on my bathroom and kitchen remodel. Was a great buy at a great price. You can never go wrong with a craftsman.

We have two of these drills we like it so much. We have had one for almost three years and it still works great the other the boyfriend uses while at work. He has had that one for nearly two and a half years and we have only had to send it in using the extra extended warranty once. The chuck seemed to wear quickly on the frist one but the replacement we got with the gift card has done well so far. The warranty can be a little pricey and the bulbs for the flashlight as well. Otherwise, It works very easily with most any marterial so you can get the job done quick and easily...

I purchased a Craftsman 19.2 Volt Drill back in 2006 and I have had no problems with it. It hasn't come across something it can't drill through with the right bit.
I bought this before buying my Dewalt mitre saw. After owning only Dewalt drills i decided to take a risk on the Craftsman. It didn't disappoint me. The power was there. The battery life however was not. Dewalt hands down beats Craftsman in battery life. I returned this and replaced it with another Dewalt and no problems at all. Sometimes a product comes by with a little more thought i think that it would have been perfect. But at this moment Dewalt is still king of the drills.
I bought this last Christmas for my husband, and I use it as much as he does! Flashlight, cordless drill, back up battery. Love it.
I have been using Craftsman corless tools for a couple of years now,since I got tired of paying premium prices for so called professonal brands. They last just as long as the other brands cost less and are always available.I try to wait till they are on sale as sears sale prices make these tools a great value and I don't usually have to wait that long for a sale. I've just recently started to get some of the little extras that aren't needed like a fan and radio and they work well also.Best part is every thing uses the same battery.I'll wil be getting more.
I bought this drill for my husband who is a DIY/Call my dad when things don't work kind of guy. . and I must say this drill has been very helpful around the house. It doesn't stay charged long though in my opinion but good enough for the price.
I upgraded to the 19.2 volt Drill/Driver about 6 months ago and really like it. I am impressed with the power the drill has. I do woodworking projects and can use this drill for heavy as well as light drilling applications. It is very versatile with the varilble speed and torque settings.
