“The Dog Bone wrench is well-built.”

The Craftsman Dog Bone wrench is a handy product to use in a car or tool box to save space. It can take the place of several wrenches, which saves time hunting for the wrench you need. The strong magnet makes it easy to keep track of bolts, nuts and washers while you are removing or installing several parts and do not have a free hand. It comes in both metric and inch sockets. It is heavy (well-built) and is expensive but with the Craftsman guarantee it will be around for many years of use.

“An oil changers dream tool!”

Whenever I am about to climb underneath my car to change the oil, this is the tool I grab.  So far, I have NEVER needed to climb back out and revisit my toolbox because I had the wrong size.  That alone makes this tool worth its weight in gold!

 

The magnet on the side lets me stick it to my metal creeper rails so I don't forget it under the car also.

“The Craftsman Dog Bone wrench is truly versatile and useful.”

My son in law believes that Craftsman tools are the best ones available. So among other things, we often also buy them as Christmas gifts for him, since he's a farmer and an all around "do it yourselfer". I was pleasantly surprised at his joyful reaction when he opened the Dog Bone wrench we gave him this year. His face literally lit up with smiles. He's not usually very emotional, so his reaction to this gift was unexpected. “metric dog bone is all in one”

I loved my regular dog bone so much I got the metric one also now i will have all the sizes that i will ever need. I don't have to look for different sockets now i have 16 all within reach on 2 tools.

“Dog Bone Metric Wrench”

My husband always gets a new tool for our anniversary . Logical gifts at our house. He is a journeyman maintenance technician. He has said that the tool is great he hasn't had to carry all of the other sockets with him to fix a machine. As long as he's happy ,were all happy.

“This tool saved me on a long bike ride”

I have this tool in my backpack when going biking as I felt this was handy.  Sure enough it saved me from having to push my bike 5 miles when my crankarm loosened and had to be retighten with a wrench.   The length of the wrench provided good fulcrum for tightening the bolt on the crankcase.  Sense that incident, I have never had to retighten it again but I ride with this wrench in my backpack with confidence.

“Not worthy of Craftsman name.”

I own several Craftsman tool sets and have been a firm believer in their quality for several years. I received this tool as a birhtday gift. After cleaning the label from the handle I saw the China stamp on it. As i rotated the ends in my hand, I noticed a good bit of play in both ends. One of the retaining pins fell out in my hand as I rotated it. This makes me loose any confidence at all in using this tool. I will never purchase a Craftsman tool that has China stamped on it.
