This won't be a complete review but here goes.
After nearly 15 years use I decided to buy a new Craftsman
riding lawn mower. Since changing belts has always been a
real pain in the neck I bought this lift. I haven't used it yet
but it appears to be very well made. I had to install the additional bar to the front of the mower but all the parts are included. I hope the lift helps changing belts easier. I have no complaints but don't forget I haven't actually used it yet.
Can't some one come up with a better way to propel a mower and its blades other than belts? This is such an ancient and poor technology. As I said it is extremely hard to replace them.
Regarding something other than belts for mower decks and motion
This already is availabile. Do you want to pay thousands of dollars more for a shaft drive mower with a shaft drive deck ?.
