I have read a couple of the previous reviews and it comes down to the tale of two tillers. If you treat the equipment with respect and READ THE MANUAL, your experience with this tiller should be a productive one. If you treat the machine like a big slug of metal that can only be fixed by taking a two pound sledge to it, you will probably end up with a useless hunk of metal. read full review »We bought the last one our local Sears store had. It must have been the floor model, because the gas lines had to be tightened and the gas cap replaced. We still don't have the owners manuel they said we'd be mailed. But other than these few things it has really helped in our efforts to move the dirt around in our yard to help fix drainage issues. I would have to say this product is a good buy for loosening the ground for any type of project you might be undertaking. It is easy to start and to move around during opperating.
