Was so excited when this coat arrived for my husband. The double zipper would not work! He tried and tried but could not get it to zip....neither could I! Now am stuck paying return shipping on a defective product. should have read the reviews first!

I ordered one heated work jacket It arrived with a broken zipper, would not zip up. The Customer Service Rep said I should try putting soap on it. What? Had arranged to have it picked up, I received the second one before the first got picked up. Called again. The second one , guess what , had a broken zipper. Now I have two defective jackets. It's been over two weeks still not resolved. DO NOT BUY THIS JACKET.

I ordered this jacket as a present. When it arrived the double zipper would not work. It was returned and another one was sent with the same problem. We even took it to the local SEARS to see if they could make it work - returned as defective. Great idea but needs better zippers!...

I bought this jacket for my husband for Christmas. I chose the black color. I had qualms about spending this much money on something that I could only see a photo of, and not really knowing how well it would actually look in person. The jacket is beautiful, very well made, and my husband looks so handsome in it. Best of all, it keeps him warm when he is outside in the cold, even on the Low setting. I am SO glad that I chose this jacket. My husband is very picky, and if he and I both love it, I think that you will too. I most definitely recommend it !...

Bought a heated vest but at best, it only got mildly warm on high. Brought it back and exchanged it for another one; same deal. This setup does not work.....great idea but doesn't work....

Ordered and received the black jacket. Great looking jacket. Everything came with it, charged the control unit and installed it and the coat warms perfectly. Looking forward to more cold wx. Bring it on..........

The jacket I got had no ac adapter for the control unit . The coustomer service dept. says sorry--bye. The adapter is special and no alternetive will work for that controller. Beware!!...

My husband picked it out for a work coat since it heated up it sounded perfect. Its a great coat. He got the black looks really sharp! The battery is small that fits in a small pocket inside the coat and it charges in 2 hours. It takes a little while for it to heat up but my husband says it keeps him warm. Over all I think its a great jacket, and would definatly buy it again!...
