“Buyer Beware!”

Craftsman Heated Work Vest with Teflon fabric protector — 

I purchased one of these as a Christmas gift, and much to my dismay it did not work. Icalled the number on the packaging and they sent me a new power unit, but it does not work either. According to the guy at the service center, the computer in the battery pack is not that reliable and can often fail. I will be returning this vest as soon as possible since it does not work properly.
