“this vest is utter garbage”

Craftsman Heated Work Vest with Teflon fabric protector — 

I have been through two vests in less than 48 hours . The first vest never heated up, at all. The second vest heated up 4 degrees(tested with a infared temp gun). The only way this vest will reach 85 degrees is if you throw it in the oven before you use it. $109.00 piece of garbage.
