I should have listened to the other review which stated it quit working. Same thing here. After one use the battery no longer would charge. Now my husband owns a heavy vest with no real use.

To date I have not been able to receive a new one, gotten a response to my queries nor my money back for a poor product. *sigh* will do future purchase with more care.

I got my vest for Christmas last year and can't say enough good about it. I ride motorcycles in the dead of winter to be there for our soldiers and have not been the least bit disappointed with this vest. I have recommended it to many of my fellow riders and will continue to do so....

The Ad says the battery will provide heat for "up to 5 Hours" BUT the instruction manual says 2 Hours on "high" , 3 Hours on "Med" and 4 Hours on "Low" The Ad says " Two Year Wear Out Warrenty" but the instruction manual says "One Year Warrenty". The vest DOES get Satisfactorily Warm, but only on lower Back.I DO like all the Pockets ( 6 in all) but....I think for the extra $40.00 I will get the Jacket Instead....

I bought the vest via internet (because at the time the store didnt stock them) for $120.00 the vest didnt work, I called the number and they sent me another battery. The vest still didnt work. I called the # again they told me to return it to the store. I returned it and the store gave me my money back minus the shipping. So it cost me $13.00 and aggravation. DO NOT BUY THIS...

I purchased one of these as a Christmas gift, and much to my dismay it did not work. Icalled the number on the packaging and they sent me a new power unit, but it does not work either. According to the guy at the service center, the computer in the battery pack is not that reliable and can often fail. I will be returning this vest as soon as possible since it does not work properly....

I've used it for two days now, and don't have a complaint. Turn it on and the panel heats right up. It doesn't physically get to 100 degrees, but you can definitely feel the heat. It's a great option for layering, leaving your arms more mobile. A nice addition during the colder months...

Doesn't really heat up well at all . I prefer the ActiVHeat heated vest which I have been using this week....

I have been through two vests in less than 48 hours . The first vest never heated up, at all. The second vest heated up 4 degrees(tested with a infared temp gun). The only way this vest will reach 85 degrees is if you throw it in the oven before you use it. $109.00 piece of garbage....
