I recently purchased this stool for my shop, where i have my computer mounted (shoulder high) on the wall for safety.  This still is sturdy, stable and has the extra heiighth that you don't get in most stools.

It was easy to assemble but the stamped wrench was more work than using a normal metric wrench...

I bought the Craftsman High Back Hydraulic Chair for my husband as an anniversary gift but decided to give it to him as a Christmas gift.  It is such an awesome gift that I felt it is something to awe him on Christmas morning with rather than on any other occasion.  I have already unboxed it and took...

Good chair, sharp edges

The chair is very comfortable but the edges on the top of the "wrenches" on the chair back are sharp.  Overall I'm happy with the chair but I wish I would have picked one without the wrench design as it is too sharp.

Great Chair

I recieved this chair from my parents as a christmas gift. It was very easy to put together, in about 10 minutes. When I saw this chair I thought it would be cheap but I was wrong. I love it and it looks great in my work room. Buy one!!

Great Deal

We accidentally stumbled upon this deal while being in Sears.  The chair was on Sale for $49.99 and we got $10 back from the Craftsman Club!!!  This is normally $79.99!!

The seat was ripped by it looks like utility knife cut. the hydraulic was leaking.

The warehouse was not gentle with this package. Now when i try to exchange sears is out of stock and don't know if they will restock.

I can't find any comparable chais on the sears site that aren't under a hundred bucks.

Pretty dissappointed that i can't replace. This was a xmas gift for my husband.

I already had ,from last christmas, a lower back similuar craftsman chair that I loved in my garage. My wife was gonna get me another one and saw this taller back one instead for a few bucks more on sale. I am definatly glad she got it as the higher back supports my bad back sooooooo much better at my workbench. Its. fairly easy to assemble and with the swivel feature its great, and with the extra hydrallic to raise up and down like an office chair is so good for different workbench heights along for taller and shorter people too.. I love this chair along with all my many other craftsman items,... read full review »

This chair was exactly what I was looking for to use in my garage. The in-store display was $100...too much. A helpful associate looked on line and found it for $50. He let me use their computer terminal to order in on line and selected in store pick up (after he checked to see if they had any in stock).

It was easy to assemble and made with quality hardware. The wrenches built on to the seat back still make me chuckle. The only cons are the sharp edges along that back, but it's a minor issue, and I'd like a thicker seat pad for my bony butt.

It's a perfect gift for an old (or young) gearhead.
