Craftsman High Limb Cutter —
This is a really handy alternative to a pole saw. The blade cuts suprisingly quickly and easily. The ability to stand where you want and cut is quite nice. This tool works great with a frind to help. The only disadvantages are that if you're cutting a diseased tree, with soft, and wit wood it tends to get stuck so just take your time and let the saw do the work. The inconvenience is trying to throw the sand bag over the limbs, especially with storm damage. Defenitely a very good alternative to an expensive pole saw. This does require some manual labor, so if you're not into that, don't buy this.
