I guess you could say that the product works as it is supposed to, but it sure doesn't have the same pressure as the $3 old-school pistol grip nozzle. I wish I had had the opportunity to use one of these before I purchased it, because it is not quite what it makes it self out to be.

After using various cheap nozzles and becoming increasingly dissatisfied with their performance I decided to look for one that I could count on for the long haul. After doing some research it became clear that the Craftsman nozzle appeared to be a safe bet. The whole concept was easy and the performance has been exactly what I had been looking for. While it would seem that something as simple as a blasted hose nozzle would be an easy item to obtain it was not the case until this purchase.

read full review »This is the first hose nozzle I have ever used that did not drip somewhere. No drips where it screwed onto the hose, no drips out of the front when it was turned to either off position, and no drips anywhere else. Turning the nozzle through the various stream options was smooth. I bought this to hand water my lawn and it worked beautifully.
This will be the last nozzle you'll ever need! Forget those bargain-priced nozzles. You know, the ones with a dozen spray settings (all useless except for maybe two of them), flimsy plastic parts and uncomfortable design. The Craftsman hose nozzle with it's lifetime warranty, will outlast them all, paying for itself in replacement costs alone.
Great design: rubber-clad edges provide grip; protect and absorb impacts from drops; rubber-over-metal allows for safe and comfortable use with hot water applications.

This is by far the best hose nozzle I've ever owned for the following reasons:
- Infinite spray patterns just by truning nozzle.
- Can turn it off in either direction.
- Indestructible rubber jacket - you can drop it on the driveway while washing your car without fear of breaking it.
- Just open it up while coiling-up the hose and it lets the water drain without removing the nozzle.
This is truly the best pressure you will ever get from a nozzle. The jet is the strongest spray I can get without a pressure washer. I have dropped this thing & run over with tractor & cars and it is still in perfect condition. I actually went back and bought one for each hose and spiggot on the outside of our house.
Have had a few of these for several years. Works perfectly. Very easy to adjust spray pattern. Does not break. Worth the extra cost relative to other nozzles, especially being you do get the lifetime guarantee.
this is a great buy I love the way it works just keep turn it and have all the sprays you need for all your needs turns off two ways thats' great
I can do alot with it like easy on my garden strong on the house to clean it and medium for the car
