I love my garden tractor, it works great, cuts a huge amount of grass on each pass. I have owned it for almost a year now. The problem was the customer serve. They were not incredibly friendly in the store. I asked about something I had seen the previous year where they offered free blades for the tractors. The employee acted like I was crazy and I did not know what I was talking about. I paid extra for a delivery date of my choice. They confirmed it was available and they had my tractor in stock. Craftsman Single Bit Axe with Power Shock
Great axe, but forget the lifetime gaurentee. No store stocks the axe, so if it goes bad, your stuck.
Craftsman 6 Bushel 2 - Bin Hard Bagger for 42" Deck
I never write customer submitted reviews but read them whenever I can before purchasing a product and feel like it is my time to pay back. I read the reviews on the craftsman bagger and my only fear, based upon the reviews, was the installation. I am one of those guys who buys a lot of to-be-assembled items from internet retailers and this was probably, relatively speaking, the most surprisingly easy to assemble and install item I have ever purchased. Went from box to mower in less than 10 minutes. Even my 13 year old boy thought it was fun and easy. Props to the design team.

Craftsman 5/8 in. x 50 ft. All Rubber Garden Hose
This hose is great. It's flexible, just about kink-proof and will handle both hot and cold water. We wash our cars in the winter in New England to get the muck off as we don't use car washes with their dirty brushes and cloths that trap dirt and scratch cars. This hose handles the hot water with no problem. It rolls easily back up even in the coldest weather. This is by far the sturdiest hose I have ever owned and should I need to buy more hose, this is the one I will purchase.

I just bought this weed eater, it use to take me 45 minutes to weed eat my yard with my old unit, now it takes me 2 1/2 hours to do the same weed eating with the new weed eater.
The line on my old unit was thicker and easy to load. On this new unit you are having to change the line every few minutes it is not as thick, it is very difficult to feed the line through the holes on the new weed eater head, the holes are too small. I cannot recommend this unit to anyone since I found it very difficult to get the job done in a timely fashion.

I bought this gas trimmer after our old craftsman trimmer bit the dust. We returned it twice after the first two died the second you touched the throttle and then wouldn't start again (they tried to charge us restocking fees and then gave me a hassle about it looked "old and dirty" even though I had just purchased it an hour prior), and on our third machine, it worked great twice. It sat in the garage during a few months of dormant grass weather, and when we got it out again it wouldn't start. I nearly ripped my arm off trying to get it to start (wouldn't start with the starter device either)....
