Works wonderfully!

I have had this for 4 years, with no problem.  I lifted my Harley Deluxe on it and now using it on my FBI (Harley Street Glide).  I always release the pressure off the cylinder when not in lift.  I am able to push and pull my 'heavy' bike around the garage, into the drive and back into the garage...

This jack is a piece of junk. I have had it for about 4 years and use it about twice a year. While it was just sitting there in the garage the jack blew out. Oil then leaked out all over the place. The piston that the foot pedal engages to let the jack down had broken. There was not even a load on it....

The lift works fine, I've had no problems at all moving my bikes around on it. However my pressure release valve broke in the ram housing and all the fluid leaked out. But at least you can get a new hydraulic ram for this. 888-797-7855 , $19.99 plus shipping. That's not too bad, unlike the 4-ton car jack I bought that leaks too, that's $101.00 for a new ram. I think not ! I'll buy a new, better grade auto jack instead.

I read other reviews and almost didn't purchase this jack. I'm glad I didn't rely on the other reviews. I've relied on the Craftsman tools for a long time so even after reading several reviews that advised against this putchase, I bought the jack. The assembly was easy and really didn't require the instructions. I used the jack to lift my motorcycle (650 lbs) to change shocks and the rear fender assembly. I had it on the jack for over a week (custom paint on the fender wasn't completed on schedule). When it came time to get the bike off the jack there was no problem. Loosened the straps and raised...

cool motorcycle jack

the motorcycle jack is great, holds the bike well making maintenance easy, although kinda awkward to store.

This heavy duty jack will support and move your motorcycle with ease and stability. If you are on a hard surface, the weight of the jack does not matter so this one is preferred over the aluminum jack. The long T handle makes moving the bike on the jack easy.

I needed to replace the rubber on the top of the jack (it dry-rotted over about 5 years) that keeps the bike from slipping.  I was told the manufacturer no longer supplies parts, and I could purchase a new jack for about $120.  I only needed what is likely a $5 part, and was told again I could only purchase a new jack.  He said that Sears stands behind its products, but this was the fault of the manufacturer. Obviously Craftsman no longer stands behind its tools or that of its suppliers!

I am pleased with the Craftsman Motorcycle/ATV jack. It was easy to assemble, easy to use and performed as advertised.  I use the stabilizers and tie down straps and my motorcycle was stable on it.

The only fault is the motorcycle/ATV can not be strapped down until the desired (three levels) height is reached, pressure let off the jack and on to the jack height locks.

Used it several times in less than a year and it quit working. There are no parts to be had and

I am very disappointed in the quality......a piece of junk!

Stand works very well, even if I did have to bend the lock bar in order to get the locks to hit at the same time.  Also, the spring is too weak and have to manually push the lock bar to put in place.  The stand does not slip under my bike, misses by about 1/16", requiring shifting of my HD Ultra Classic.  Stand works very well and easily controlled, both up and down, follow recommended directions.  I do not have to use the tie downs when cleaning the bike.  Okay for the value on sale.

The bottle jack failed after one year. The jack was elevated and would not go down. I was very disapointed to learn that no repair parts were available from sears for the jack. I tried to repair the bottle jack but gave up when I became convinced that the bottle jack had a design flaw.

I was able to repair the Motorcycle/ATV Jack by replacing the bottle jack with one I ordered online from ****** ******* tools, a large tool importer. However some minor modifications were required to make it fit. Next time I will shop elsewhere.

i've used this 10 times over a 2 year period to lift my 400 pound ATV. this last time i did that, the bottle jack's release button broke and fluid was everywhere. in addition to that the ATV was stuck 2 feet in the air.

If this was an off brand then i would understand but this is not what i expect from craftsman.

I recently got this lift to work on my Dyna Harley Davidson. It lifted the bike with ease and the provided straps made the bike extremely secure. Part of the lift did bend under the weight of the bike but I reinforced it and now I don't have any issues with it.

Have only used it a few times but it has worked well. Could be designed better but is a good value for the price.

With jack and me on the right side of the bike, I had to pull my bike toward me to get my Vstar 1300 vertical so I could get the stand completely under it. I then laid the bike back onto the kick stand. I was then able to lift it up ok.

I'm very happy that this jack included rachet/straps. I used them to keep the bike nice and stable.

I used this to install some Progressive Springs on the front and it worked out well.

I hope this thing lasts.

Assembly was pretty straight forward; the picture on the box really helps. The manual is half as lengthy as it looks because half of it is in Spanish....
