I have an 02 Harley Road King....needed a jack.
This jack is lightweight, easy to manuever, easy to carry.
Lifts my bike with ease, has four height locking positions and two straps to strap around the bike once lifted. (I just use one) Bike frame sits on it fairly stable and has the rubber on the lift so no scratching of frame.
Follow directions, let the bike rest on the mechanical locking position and release the hydraulic pressure.
I don't want 360 front wheels...the back wheels do 360....good enough, it may be unsafe with all wheels being able to rotate 360 degrees.
Happy with my purchase.
I have read most of the reviews and agree with some and disagree with most of them. I have a 2010 Harley Street Glide which is no little bike. It weighs over 800 lbs. The jack lifted it with no problem. Yes it is tippy front to back if you push on the end of the bike. I would suggest putting something under the rear wheel that will prevent it from coming down. Other than that the bike is very stable while it up in the air. The locks worked great. I lowered the bike 2 inches and the jack still slides under it with no problem. As for lowering it takes common sense. You have to slowly turn the bar...

I bought this last in dec of 2009 and wanted to use it for awhile before giving a review. I have two sportsman x2 atvs - they have a longer wheelbase and are a little heavier than a regular atv because they are two ups . The jack has preformed geat , used it many times in the last year. Be sure to use the strap to secure the atv to the jack. My machines are approx. 875 Lbs so I can't see using the jack without the strap.
I have learned that it is a good idea to put a jack stand under the machine for a little insurance - although the atv has not fallen off, its a little unsettling...

First one I got rocked back and forth because the wheels were not all on the floor at the same time. I exchanged it and made sure the new one set flat on the floor before I left the store.
In reading reviews this has happened before so just make sure you get one that has all four wheels in contact with the floor. Otherwise it will rock with your Harley 12-15 inches in the air.
Instead of buying several individual bike stands for my various projects, I chose to purchase this jack and feel I've made the right decision. Heavy duty for sure. It arrived pre-assembled and ready to go. Great design (including the ability to strap down a bike and hold it in place). Sweet! :^)
Great product. I use the jack to lift 300lb coke machines. The low clearance is critical when the machines have the short 4" legs. It is stable and moves easily in tight spaces. I especially like the fact that it is light weight vs. the 90 lb steel version. One person can easily get it out of the van and back in again.
Just be sure to tell your knuckle head helpers to be careful when lowering the jack, slow twist on the handle, or it will drop like a politicians approval ratings.
This motorcycle lift is as good as they get. Compared to my previous lift, it has several additional features, the quality is far better, and it's a much better value. It's also easier and safer to use. It rolls and turns easily and goes from flat to fully raised with 9 pumps of the handle. It's less than half the weight of my former lift. I would have guessed it had a retail price of about $350. And it would have been a good lift for that price. At $199, it's a very good value. I bought the lift for my wife's motorcycle. After using it a few hours, I went back to Sears and picked...
