Craftsman Professional 44" High Speed Universal Tow Sweeper —
The first time I tried my lawn sweeper, the right wheel locked and never freed, it just kept sliding. I drug it half way around the yard using forward and reverse but I was unable to free it. This is a brand new, expensive sweeper, and don't work! The sweeper itself comes pre-assembled from the factory, so it wasn't nothing I did. I bought it via internet, and since it was not a "in store" purchase, I might have some trouble exchanging it. I called the sears outlet store where I had the sweeper shipped (it's free shipping to a sears store) they only had a store display, but took it down and swapped it with me anyway. Now that's customer service! Even though I didn't buy it, or order it via their store, they still took care of it by swapping the only one they had. I could have been put on a "repair list" and wait 4 days until someone could come to my home and repair it, or send me to the main store 40 miles away, but they came through because I needed it that day. I got it home and it worked great! Much better than I expected. It picked up alot of broken sticks and debris that I was never able to use a sweeper on before. I always had to manually rake it then pick it up by hand, But my NEW sweeper does it for me now, all I have to do is pull the lever and dump it! Cool
