Craftsman Riding Lawn Tractor —

I love the Craftsman Garden Tractor, model # GS 6500, except for a couple of oopses. First, the safety switch in the seat. I am not a heavy person, so I had trouble finding the right position for the seat and how to sit so that the thing would not shut off while in motion. Second, Have trouble keeping air in the tires. and Third. immediately after warranty runs out, the pully bracket literally broke. Otherwise it has been dependable and is a workhorse. I use it on my 4 acre farm, not only for mowing , but to haul feed and, like I said for the most part, I love it. Oh, I think I would put a little more room between the seat and console/steering wheel. I keep bumping my knees on the key in the ignition, bending them.

I weigh 225 lbs. and that dang seat sensor does it to me also..The connecter will work its way loose..Just carefully push it in all the way. That usually will solve the problem. ( the connection on the seat)
