The only problem i had is that when i got the gun the trigger mechanism was leaking air while hooked up and not in use. Found out that the trigger assembly was not tightened down all the way, quick fix. Doesn't discharge as much grease per pump as i thought, but still works good.
bought one , and upon first use ( first zerk ) an "o" ring blew through the trigger mech. Returned it for a new one and it managed to grease 3 zerks before the same "o" ring failed in the same fashion. Have less than the recommended scfm @ less than 90 psi so can think of no reason for blowout except...
I used it about a week ago to lube the front end of my van and it did a great job. It made a job that was hard with my hand pump gun to a simple job. Worth every penny I paid for it.
picked up the grease gun on wed had to take it back on friday,it would not work ,air leaked from the trigger and it pumped grease one time.that means one little bit,so I got the upgraded one.well see how that one works on monday, well let you know later bye for now..but stay away from this grease gun.I live out of town and my time means alot to me........
