Craftsman YTS 4500 Review

If you need service on your Craftsman YTS 4500 or any other Sears tractor, good luck.  First time the repair will call in sick, the second time he will show up with out the parts (even though you identified the model number and the parts needed.  The repair man will tell you he will order the parts and when the parts come in call the 800#.  Give the SERVICE ORDER NUMBER and you will place at the top of the list for immediate service.  You call and the operator doesn't understand and tells you the best they can do is next week.
