Craftsman drill/driver —
My husband spotted a Craftsman Drill/Driver on sale in Sunday's paper. We live about 35 miles from the nearest Sears at Shawnee, OK. My husband is disabled and we had to go to Shawnee on Monday to refill his oxygen supply, and since gasoline is so high now, we wanted to make one trip to Shawnee do us. I called and spoke with a very nice salesperson named Judy in the Shawnee store. When I asked if I could purchase the drill on sale over the phone with my Sears Credit Card and then pick it up on Monday, she assured me I could. However, she wanted to make sure they had that drill in stock and asked would I call back in five minutes. Since she was checking for my convenience, and it would have been a long distance call for her, I told her I would call back. When I called another very friendly person answered and turned the call over to Judy. She informed me she had the drill in stock. She took all my credit card information quickly and assured me it would waiting for me Monday at the pick up department. She also told me how to work the automated pickup service. We arrived Monday morning and I entered my information. We waited less than a minute when a very nice young man by the name of Denver delivered the drill directly to my husbands waiting hands. What a wonderful and pain free shopping experience!!
While there we also shopped for a new television and freezer. Although we didn't purchase either one--yet---we will. We were helped by the nicest salemen that had the answers to all our questions. When we are ready to purchase the television and the freezer it will be at the Shawnee Sears Store.
